Shipping policy

Processing time: We process orders within 2-5 business days of your purchase. All orders are shipped from our workshop in Shawnigan Lake, BC, Canada.

Transit times: Transit times are estimates. You will be sent tracking information once your order is shipped but please keep in mind that transit times are fully up to the carrier. We choose the best method of delivery based on where you’re located.

Lost or stolen packages: We do our best to pack your orders with care but please note that we cannot be held liable for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages once we’ve shipped your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees, which are determined by your country's customs regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
